The marine side of Alien vs. Predator takes it for me. Constantly being on the run with aliens coming from different directions with that creepy motion detector and the night vision combined with the lights that flicker on and off. Yea, that game really got me going.
I give this thread a 9.7.
Thank god for the disable signatures option.
