I don't what online has to do with RPG's unless it's MMO.  Also, as far as cinematic, Mass Effect looks to be setting the bar there, maybe the PS3 will follow suit eventually but they haven't shown anything so far AFAIK.  The only advantage the PS3 has (since I personally don't believe it's more powerful than the 360) is that blueray will offer more space to store HD footage, which I guess some devs will use, but most don't seem to care about that anymore since cutscenes done in-game are starting to look really good on the new systems.
