No it wasn't.

I think he meant FF13 was confirmed for PS3 a long time ago, and it's not on every system because it was started when people thought the PS3 would be the PS2... and not a loser in the console race that it is and that it would be too much of a pain in the ass to port it down.

Though that kinda suggests it'd been on Wii if they knew then what they know now.  Which would kinda mess with his assertion.
