If the kingdom heats franchise belongs to disney why isn't there any.......

Disney doesn't even make it's own action figures to my knowledge. I believe they just sell out the rights to interested parties.

Even if they do.. as said.  Kingdom Hearts is really a very small base to sell to unlike the other disney characters.
