(BEGIN EDIT ADD) Also, for that to happen, Sony would have to make a major investment -- probably not one worth making on a game from a 25-year old movie franchise.
But more to the point, if you are not going to make a James Bond game exclusive, why would you make a Ghostbusters one.
Sony just wants it delayed for the 25th anniversary of the film -- that is all it care about. (END EDIT ADD)
