Violence filters are a joke. lol. Make the game suitable for young kids who should not even be playing this sort of game in the first place. Restrictions should just not allow games over a certain rating from being played on a kid's console.
However kids are smarter than their parents these days and they could easily circumvent these restrictions in place and play the games the way they should be played 'all blood and gore'. Sooner or later the kids are going to be exposed to violence whether it be in real-life in America, on tv or a video game.
