I think blood messes up the visuals and detracts from them , a little bit of blood gushing is alright but blood everywhere is just pointless to me.
I don't like swearing much I think it demonstrates a lack of literacy skills , articulate people don't need to put a swear word in every sentence they use because they have a range of vocabulary to use instead of cursing.
