when mine ringed for the first time i just sent it in for repairs. the second time i got it repaired too. the third time i got my money back and got a PS3. that was just over a year ago now
Out of interest, how old was his 360?
Also when Jasper comes out I'll try my luck again - most of the annoying things will be fixed then, even more than they are now.
