Development time I assume. It's the same reason that last year's 360 Madden had far fewer features and actually reviewed lower than the PS2 version. This is the first NCAA on the PS3. I assume next year they will get it right.
But geez, I'd rather them delay it a month...maybe they will patch it...hah, right...
