The reason a lot of people are shocked is because they've already gone through the demo and liked it.

What if you put that demo on a loop, and the game was basically that demo played though 10 times?

I hear the major knock on this game, is repetition. It's hard to get a feel for how bad that is in a demo.

Maybe you should have read the rest of the paragraph I wrote.

"The demo sure didn't feel like some 6.75 game, so unless it takes a big turn for the worse somewhere else in the game, there is a chance this review isn't accurate to what the majority will think of the game."

That basically says the demo might not be representative of the full game. Also do note, we have another reviewer with a 93 rating for Too Human. So obviously these reviewers are seeing two different games and this also plays into why some are questioning Game Informer.

Haze got a 90 from famitsu before release and look where that ended up. Also, that review was from a less than credible source.

You're talking about a Japanese magazine reviewing a first person shooter, where normally this same magazine is giving almost perfect scores to Dynasty Warriors and Gundam games.

I also realize that the other review may not be the most credible. I was just trying to put into perspective why this situation is not like the Lair and Haze situations. Nobody had played those games before the reviews came out. People, including myself, have played a demo of Too Human and liked what we played thus far. IGN has a whole Launch Center for Too Human, which isn't given to many games, let alone shitty ones. All I'm saying is, maybe it's too early to call it a 6.75 just because Game Informer, another less than credible source, says it is.It was also noted they gave Elite Beat Agents the same score, and most would agree that played it, that the score was WAY off.
