American presidents are usually rated in two categories: Domestic and Foreign. Bush has been a colossal failure in both areas. Right now it's not even close. Bush Jr. is down at the very bottom of the presidential cesspool with Nixon (although he was a mixed bag), Harding and Buchanan.
