We definitely had a couple incompetents, like Warren Harding and Ulysses S. Grant, and some corrupt ones like Nixon, but Bush is in a class all by himself IMO.

Bill Clinton was a good president, I'm not sure I would say truly great, but he was competent, well liked, and pretty fiscally responsible.

What about James Buchanon.  I mean.  The Civil War was basically his fault.
