People thought Clinton was nuts when he was talking about terrorism all the time. Nobody remembers this because it's been overshadowed by Lewinsky. But the anti-terror budget tripled under Clinton.

Basically, the Cole got bombed in the east Mediterranean in 2000, right before the election. Clinton wanted revenge, AND BUSH DIDN'T. Bush did not flex a pinky fighting terrorism until 9/11. Clinton had been fighting terrorist his entire administration. The information was all there for the Bush administration, and they didn't give a fuck.

And then when several foreign countries' intelligence agencies warned us about a plan to attack with planes, we didn't do shit. Israeli spies in Hollywood, Florida warned us, after they were tracking the Al-Qaeda men while they were at flight school, and what did we do? Threw them out of the country and didn't listen.
