Who was a better President: George Bush or Bill Clinton?

Who was better, george bush or bill clinton? Man... I think a more relevant questions would be whether or not there is any other president in history that has been a worse president than Bush.

We definitely had a couple incompetents, like Warren Harding and Ulysses S. Grant, and some corrupt ones like Nixon, but Bush is in a class all by himself IMO.

Bill Clinton was a good president, I'm not sure I would say truly great, but he was competent, well liked, and pretty fiscally responsible.
