They mean next gen multiplatform.
But it's obvious they are talking about percentages... which means absolutely nothing without knowing the percentages since the PS3 has less then half the sold consoles of Wii and 360.
So even if PS3's percentage is double. Like say... 10% of PS3 owners own multiple consoles vs 5% of Wii and 360...
The PS3 total number is still lower.
