She has 2 fingers down, 3 fingers up, and a thumb. The 6th one is just behind her ring finger. you can just see the tip of her finger and her fingernail.

EDIT: maybe it isn't a finger, but it looked like one when I first looked at it.

Yea I see what you're saying it looks like one, but I really don't know.  It could just be the way it was photoshopped ha.
