Onkyo HTS705(?I think, I know its 700 series) 6.1, etc, w/ Polk Audio satellite speakers and 10" sub. This system is pre-HDMI, though it has full component video switching and has DTS and what not.
When I eventually decide to go HD I will replace it with a newer Onkyo that has full HDMI switching for Audio and Video. Probably keep the speakers as is, as they sound fantastic.
