Oh. As for the Clinton Era wars.
I don't really support them or not support them. They kinda just happened.
They did make anti-helicopter though.
I get why they were doing it... and while they didn't break any laws... there was no need to use that cluster ammunition in my opinion in the bombing... seemed like they used sub-par ammunition in general in that "war".
I think they just used it because it was cheap and effective.
