We saw Wall-E and loved it. The animation is beautiful and we love the fact there's very little talking in the first half. The only Pixar film that's not held my attention is Cars. We also just saw Toy Story again this evening and loved it.
The character Wall-E is a great little guy and has more personality and charisma than most hollywood actors whose films will probably earn more than Wall-E the movie. I love the bit where he squashes his pet cockroach. The other half shed a little tear at the end.
If quality was a true reflection of box office revenue then The Mummy 3 would certainly not have made $40M on it first week. 12% on rotten tomatoes & 31% on metacritic.
