Anyways, I saw two events today (weight lifting and soccer/futbol). And let me just say that watching the weight lifting competition had to be the most disturbing thing ever. Those women had some really messed up thighs.
Futbol was a lot more interesting for me to watch. The Canadian team was really playing well, and despite getting tired near the end of the match, they were aggressive the whole time.
The match was 1-1 by the way (Canada. vs China).
And this is just out of observation, but half of the women on the Chinese team looked just like men. The cheering was pretty entertaining, as any time a player on the Chinese team has possession of the ball anywhere past half of the field, the cheers were immense.
