Now this happened like 11 days ago, but I just found out about it...
You can now play both Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and Guilty Gear XX Reload on your Xbox 360s.
Other than being able to play these great games on the 360, this is big news for two very specific reasons (at least big for me and some others):
Guilty Gear X-2 on the PS2 is not easy to find and I only managed to get one without the original box cover at 40 bucks used. On the other hand, GG XX Reload on the Xbox is a lot more common and is available for purchase at 6 dollars used from EB Games.
Marvel Vs Capcom 2 is one insanely overpriced game because of its rarity. The PS2 version of the game sells for a about 100 dollars on Amazon and Ebay last time I checked, so I forced myself not to purchase one at that price. Well now that I can play the Xbox version, it will only cost me a measly 70 freakin' dollars for a 5 year old game!!! And it's used of course.
Still good news for me cause I am sure I will be buying both of these ASAP.
Why didn't I just buy these games back in the day you ask? The answer is I did own both at some point in time but in my former madness (back when I didn't care about keeping a game after playing it for a while instead of turning it in) I turned them in probably for much less than I bought them for.
History has come full circle and I will once again be able to play Marvel Vs Capcom 2 without having to pay 100 dollars for it.
