Siiick I did this yesterday. I hope they let me in cause that will make it Warhawk, MGO, this along with SOCOM and LBP Beta's in a month. You will find out if you are selected by going to a section which tells you what special offers are open to you on the Playstation Network (can be done on PS3). I'm not sure when we will find out though.
@Aprisaiden - just make an American PSN account. You will be able to download the theme on that account because it is free and you don't need funds.
