I probably generally fall on the "HD" side of things. I have had more great gaming experiences on my Xbox 360 than on my Wii. But to be honest, I find that to be because of the artistry, gameplay and story in the games, rather than the fact that they are "HD." That said, I've had some great times on my Wii.
What I really dropped by to say is this. Despite being quite a good game (very good in fact) I wouldn't label GTAIV the standard-bearer of "HD" gaming, nor Wiifit the standard bearer of "non-HD" gaming. Better examples would be Halo 3/MGS4/Bioshock/Mass Effect and SMG/Twilight Princess/Brawl.
