If Febuary was 31 days the wii would have sold 370,892 which is still 100k less than january. The 3 day difference would not have made an impact at all. This is all 3rd grade math.
Just to let you know, January had like 7 days from december added... count that in january. 
Still more per day than Febuary. 12,763. The shorter month didn't matter.
And why was there 7 more days in january?
