If Sony keeps the 10 year plan for the PS3 will it reach the 150 million?

@Sri Lumpa: If they hinted 10 year before PS4 is released, I wouldn't believe them.
I can believe 10 year or more PS3 total life span, of which 7-8 years as top end model and the last 2-3 (or more) as low end model, priced under 120€, just like it's happening to PS2.
