If they do it alternately, both companies will have time to make a quality game.
Treyarch couldn't make a quality game if they had a century to develop it. All they have made this millenium are sucky Spiderman games and massacred the great games developed by Infinity Ward. A bad developer is a bad developer no matter how much time and money he gets.
