reason why is because this year is BIG, also cause PS3 numbers are getting closer and closer to 360 and if PS3/Xbox 360 keep outselling the other, some people won't like it and explain what could've happened, why the numbers were why they were, make up excuses cause it was not high enough, etc. Last year it didn't matter because people didn't think PS3 would be kicking in during the holidays and the numbers were way off to compare who was the winner. Also it was Wii's chance to steal the holidays since it was its first big year for the holidays, as was PS3.
By winter I would be busy playing my games, so you guys can just waste more time arguing cause I am enjoying my new games.
