The format war is over, HD DVD is dead. If you can find one for $49.99, it isn't a bad deal. It comes with:
Xbox 360 Universal Media Remote ($19.99)
King Kong HD DVD ($19.99)
You can also use it for a second region DVD Player. Just make sure that the first DVD that you put in there is from the region that you want it to lock to. This will also take the wear off of watching movies from your 360s drive.
Concerning your last two comments, didn't we talk about this in your other thread, where you were interested in buying one of those $200 360s, but ended up bashing it anyways.
Just had to come up with another reason to make another 360 bashing thread? ^_^
