Why GTA 4 is way better then San Andreas

I was expecting you to say something like...

"In GTA4 when Niko breaks in to cars, he sometimes smashes the window. Best Game EVER!!!!!!"

But I was quite surprised with the quality of arguments... I must say I agree.
