I looked at it and it looks natural enough to me, I'm not an expert by any means but I work with photoshop quite a bit more than the average person.
With that said even if you were 100% right and it was worked on in photoshop how does that mean this isn't legit? Photoshop is a professional piece of software afterall.
I honestly doubt this is legit. Not because it looks fake but because MM hasn't talked about it at all.
