It really depends on how you want to rate intellegence.
If it's by IQ. She's the smartest "man" in the world.
By man i mean in the latin sense where the male term is used for both men and women... since usually when people use a phrase like that they usually are talking about both sexes and just assume a guy is the best.
I mean... Hawking i'd say is the more accomplished. Which is the real problem with IQ tests.
