I am taking into account that Nintendo probably hasnt stockpiled and the PS3 recieves good price cuts and has stockpiled which Sony have with the 3million 60GB's they have in warehouses. If the PS3 sold like it was 2weeks ago at around 20k a week in the US then i would have lower predictions BUT the "pricecut" came(if it can be called that) and E3 showing was stunning and i think that 43k a week wont continue but it wont go back to 20k a week it might be 30-35k a week so same as 360 and the 360 is on its 3rd christmas so people want either the PS3 or Wii and so if you take all games out and coming out the pricecut the possible 40GB at $399 and the start of 08 lineup it isnt has wild as you first think but i am resting alot on a good price cut for Christmas which is bound to happen because it would have been on the market a year and sony always lowers the price during the first year quite a big drop usually aswell atleast $100 so plus the fact that the 60GB is $499 and if they dont go out of stock before Christmas which they wont then Sony will lower the price of the 60GB and the 80GB and the 60GB will be $399 and the 80GB will be $499 and IF they release a 40GB they will put it at $299-350 which then it will sell so well it will be stupid but i dont think Sony would put 3 SKUs on the market there arent that stupid.
