 It's impossible to fix if it has the ring from the 360.

My Halo3 got the ring because my girlfriend tried to move my 360 while it was running.  We had a CD warehouse nearby that resurfaced it and it looks brand new and works fine.  It's a surface scratch and that's all, it just happens to be a wide scratch near the outer layer where data usually is.  A shop that repairs disks will take it out no problem.
