Now I regret ever using that word. It was just a word I thought people were familiar with but apparently not in the way I want it to meant. However, it all seems good then as the minimum settings of tommorrow will equal the high settings of today.
But anyways, Bill Gates never said that. It was misattributed to him somehow and spread like wildfire. Go internet.
