Both are around 10 hours in single player mode, but Gears of War has far more replay value because of the online multiplayer. Uncharted is a great game, but once you've finished it there's not a lot of reason to go back and play it again.

They all do. Whether they choose to or not is another matter. You can't choose to play Uncharted online either way, so that argument has no weight at all.
