It would not matter if there was missing and "r" since the 7th digit is "o" either way, so the line would ring as of then. 911 here is Quebec. If you want to reach the nearest highway patrol policeman (Surete du Quebec) you dial *49 on a cell phone and you reach him without going through a dispatcher. Pretty cool. :) At least I think that is the number. At home I can just push a panic button on the alarm and the company will call them for me. :)
