Is MS planning to stop XBOX 360 production and introduce next next gen XBOX

Microsoft has always said the 360 had a 7 year planned cycle. I would expect them to shorten that a year or two in order to keep up with the size of games. Blu-Ray is only going to get cheaper and the compression for DVD's is just going to go up as demand falls.
