I believe people like serial killers don't change... Why keep them in jail for the rest of their lives with our tax money? Why not just kill them? Sure they don't suffer after dying but at least it'll prevent them from killing more people (like if they escape).
And why has death penalty to be so expansive? Seriously all you need is a rope, chair and fixation to the ceiling. That simple.
