i currently have 600 dollars. i want to get a 360 or a ps3. i dont have a job so i wont get any money until christmas. i intend to spend all/most of the money on the console. if i got a 360 i would want to get live to play with my cousin. most of the games i want to get are multi-platform games. they are nhl 09, cod4/5, fifa 09 and and the rest im unsure.i would only get a few games at first then more at christmas. if i got a 360 i would get the elite. of i got the ps3 i would get the 40 gig. if i got a ps3 i would want backward compatability with ps1 and 2 games (if thats possible.) so my question is if you were in my position which console would you get, why? and which exclusives would you want for your console?
EDIT: i would also be VERY interested to get a netflix membership and watch it over my 360 and i would also be VERY interested in getting a blu-ray player so i can have it in the future. |
How about: a PC!
For $600 you can build a PC that:
- Has a Blu-Ray Drive, for you to watch the movies.
- Has full BC with PS1, and with PS2 (limited BC, but only for now).
- Has graphics better than PS3/360 could ever make.
- Has NHL 09, FIFA 09, COD4/5.
- Has much more quality games than PS3/360.
- Games are cheaper and drop price much faster.
- Allows you access to Netflix.
- Has all the versatility and features only a PC can give.
Seriously, give it a thought. More and more people are putting their PCs in their living room, and rightfully so: PC is the perfect entertainment hub for your HDTV (if you have one).
