yeah that's admitting that nintendo did anything new here, which I strongly disagree with.... they used concepts more than 10 years old and packed it up in a super game cube basically.... and you have to enjoy the game library... getting the casual scene and being number one in sale, doesn't make you a good product... a top of mind brand a number one in market share maybe but that's about it.....

nintendo is good at implementing concepts, and to adapt their old IPs to it...

Uh, did you read the post? You can also argue Nintendo didn't do anything new with the NES. Like it or not, it has definitely changed things.

I was talking about now with the Wii... I was thinking about motion control that is not new but they are the first to implement it in a appealing way.....

I was a proud owner of NES and Snes back in the days.... until my mom decided that since I was gone from the familly nest she could do a yard sale and sell my oldies lol :P

but I'm still not convinced by the Wii trend... ok they'll win this gen.... but what next ???? everybody with motion control ???? do you really think casual are about to renew their console like hardcore gamer do ??? I don't know... the receipe was the good one this gen... next we'll see...

so yeah I'll say it again nintendo is good at implementing concepts, and to adapt their old IPs to it... and certainly not at really inovating.... motion control is not a new concept....
