10k HDD is 150 GB, 32bit only supports ~3.1 GB RAM it addresses 4GB. I will upgrade if it will help the games.

That is why I want to dual boot or swap drive and not run exclusively on 64bit

That is why I want it.
So now that we have the first question answered, can some one answer the other questions.
Should I swap drives or dual boot?
Are DX10 and DX11 games supporting more RAM?
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
