Sony: PS3's competitors feeling 'long in the tooth'

I've seen surveys to the effect that a higher PERCENTAGE of PS2 owners said they'd be brand-loyal and buy PS3 than the percentages of XBox and Gamecube fans that said they'd be brand-loyal to MS and Nintendo, respectively.  PS2 just had the widest market.

The PS2 owners haven't bought a next-gen console en masse, yet. 

PS2 owners can't play their PS3 games on Wii, either.  ;)
