Did anyone else find that Lost Odyssey was stupidly hard?

From the few hours I played in disc 3, I found it too easy. Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne is way harder than LO. That game will kick your ass. I hope Atlus doesn't tone down the difficulty for SMT4.
