upcoming burnout paradise update detailed (bikes, weather, day/night, etc)

I didn't like Burnout Paradise a lot but I appreciated that the gameplay and style was more intuitive upon Burnout 3. Now this just takes that, crumbles it into little pieces, and shoots it right back at me. Seriously bikes? Ugh.
