Paulo Coelho is a very famous brazilian author, who has written many books. His books usually deal with eastern culture which is something that most people in the West are not familiar with.
He´s sold millions of books worldwide and many celebrities consider him a great writer.
Me, like I said before, meh. I think that if he didn´t have the whole eastern culture motif (i hope i´m using the right word) people wouldn´t really care that much about him. But, again, meh.
