Erm... at least in the UK people need a TV licence to be able to legally watch Freeview. Now thats a moot point considering that most people will already have such a licence, but there will be a small portion of people not using TV's to use their PS3.
Wouldn't giving them Freeview be a potential legal issue?
Somehow I don't see this one being true myself.
Do correct me if I'm wrong on the TV licence thing but that's my understanding of it.
