Premade PCs mostly have Vista in them already, Vista ready was more of a pre-vista thing.
I hate how Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer are completely incestuous now.
I hated Vista at first but then I had some events.
I had an error, I clicked "Send Error" and I got a message (a couple days later) telling me I was missing a patch for my router that fixed the router's problem.
System Restore when I got a bad update actually worked the way it should unlike XP's system restore - then it updated me when the error was fixed.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
