Mass Effect - New 360 feature to copy disc to HDD will improve load times?

Texture pop in is still present on the PC too. Obviously, to a MUCH lesser extent. Everything is loaded in probably one or two seconds.

I saw a video on how bad it is on the 360, if it can be lessened, then I"m sure it'll gladly be accepted.
