Actually, you are 100% correct. Just like Bush didn't send us to war (I am being serious).
Congress controls this country, not the president. Congress sent us to war, and congress will control this freak if he is ever elected.
One thing I love more then anything about this country, is it's set up where the rule of law is more important then the man in office. It's protected us from many presidents in the past, and if Obama is elected, it will protect us from this one.
