The chart is way, way too simplistic to base your preferences off of. It's also inaccurate in some places, such as putting down Obama for universal health care.

 

Only reason I said it was because 2 parties is not enough. I mean, 1 out of 3 ain't bad! 0 out of 2 is.

I'd go with 4 personally.

One Conservatives, one for liberals, one for people with liberal social ideas and conservative spending and government ideas, and ones for conservative social ideas but liberal goverment and spending ideas.

In otherwords, Conservatives, Liberals, Libretarians and Neo Conservatives.

Even then it wouldn't cover people like McCain who is best described as a "Bull Moose" type guy.  As in the only other politician I can think that was like him politically was Teddy Roosevelt.
